2. collection and processing of personal data

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,

  • Website from which access is made,

  • Browser used and, if applicable, operating system.

Purpose of processing:
This data is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of our website to you, to ensure system security and stability and to optimize our online offering. This data is not merged with other data sources.

b) Contact form

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill a contract.

  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),

  • the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),

  • the processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), unless you have an overriding interest worthy of protection.

4. use of third-party services

a) Google Fonts

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you load a page, your browser loads the required fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

Legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as the focus is on a uniform and appealing presentation of the website.

b) Google reCAPTCHA

To protect against spam and misuse when using forms, we use the “reCAPTCHA” service from Google LLC. Various data (e.g. IP address, mouse movements) are processed for analysis.

Legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – protection of our website from automated input.

c) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Google uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by this (including the IP address, which is anonymized) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there.

d) WordPress

Our website is based on the CMS WordPress. Personal data is processed when you fill out a contact form or accept cookies, for example. This data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

  • Correction of incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR),

  • Objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR),

  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority(www.dsb.gv.at).

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or for as long as required by statutory retention periods.
